Separate Not Equal is a client-based exhibition project I worked on through Augsburg University’s Design & Agency for the Hennepin History Museum. Separate Not Equal talks about the backstory behind the 1971 pairing of Hale and Field schools in South Minneapolis and how the Minneapolis school board attempted to combat segregation. Throughout the time I was apart of this project I worked on many things, with some of the key components including finalizing typographic standards and working to finalize the design elements seen on the main content boards. This exhibit was on display from May 2022 through April 2023.
